A Double/Twin Share booking is for one (1) bedroom only and there is an extra charge if other beds/bedrooms are used. Should you wish to change your bed configuration, invite friends or relatives to share your accommodation or extend your stay, please contact the Hosts to arrange payment, as extending your booking arrangements or allowing other guests to use the accommodation without making proper payment constitutes a Fraudulent Act. Advance bookings require a deposit of 30% of the tariff for a 2 night stay or an amount equivalent to 1 night's tariff for stays longer than 2 nights. Balance of payment is required 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less that 14 days prior to the first night’s stay require immediate full payment. The accommodation
should be left clean and tidy and extra charges will be made if: * Guests have smoked indoors Cancellation Deposits will be fully refunded if cancellation is received up to 30 days prior to the first night stay. If a cancellation is received less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to the first night stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Full deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is received less that 14 days prior to the first night stay. If full payment has not been received by 7 days prior to the first night’s stay, the accommodation will be made available to other patrons and 100% deposit will be forfeited. If a cancellation is
received following the full payment of the accommodation, refund will
apply to the payment except amounts equal to the deposits as specified
above. |
